House & Home

Thursday, July 12, 2012

In spite of my continued anxiety, I do get quite excited when I think about making the house uniquely ours. I'm pining (and pinning) a lot.

Room and Board Marlo bed. I love the idea of a wing back bed that we can read in comfortably.

Everything about this sofa - the lines, the color, the scale - is pretty marvelous. Not sure how comfortable it would be. Again, from Room and Board.

Our kitchen will need a lot of renovations. I don't think we are going to touch it for at least six months. It makes sense to live in space for a while to understand what does and doesn't work for you. You sort have to get to know one another. I do love how airy and clean this kitchen is. It is modern but has a lot of retro leanings. Doesn't look too "model kitcheny".
