Wrapping The Week

I got a hair cut yesterday AND I'm am getting an eye exam today–maintenance items I've neglected for a year. Yes, a year. I donated a piece for Poetry Scores annual art auction and tonight is the opening. That should be fun. I also attended the first meeting of the Education Advisory Committee at Laumeier Sculpture Park. I'm elated about being invited to participate on the committee and hope to volunteer some of my mad organizing skills. It was an interesting group. Very excited.

The whole downstairs got a coat of celery root paint this week. Every time I say celery root, I'm reminded of this delicious celery root and potato puree I had once with scallops.
