Wrapping The Week

I don't want to imply that I've been crabby this week, but I have been deep into some camera research. I'm always slightly unsatisfied with the image quality of my point and shoot cameras. But the DSLRs are too bulky. I'm just not going to be happy carrying around something that big and I'm sort of rough on things. If I broke a $1,000 camera, I would be pretty pissed. And I'm intimidated by all the options on those DSLRs too. I don't have the patience or time to (re)learn all the technical aspects of photography that I've long forgotten since college. So...I purchased a 4/3 format camera on Thursday and am going to do some serious shooting and comparisons over the weekend. I'm excited because I think this camera will give me the image quality I desire. I'm apprehensive because I'm not sure it will perform quickly enough to capture my fast moving tot. Stay tuned.
